Trimester Support

Each class is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of every stage of pregnancy.

1st Trimester (Weeks 0–13):

Focus on breath awareness and gentle relaxation. Movement is kept minimal to support early pregnancy and reduce fatigue.

2nd Trimester (Weeks 14–27):

Build strength, stamina, and stability with safe, energizing flows. Includes pelvic awareness and postural support.

3rd Trimester (Weeks 28+):

Emphasizes deep release, hip opening, and birth preparation. Learn supportive poses for labor and gentle movement for comfort.

Prenatal Flow

Gentle flowing sequences that enhance strength and flexibility. Ideal for the second and third trimesters.

Gentle Stretch & Breathe

Relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain and swelling through mindful stretching and breathwork. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Postnatal Recovery

Focused on gentle core activation, pelvic floor recovery, and rebuilding strength. Recommended from 6 weeks postpartum (with medical clearance).
